Keri Wilson
Keri Wilson completed her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, Keri obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from McMaster University, with a minor in new materials. She was called to the bar in the Province of Ontario in 2002, and in the Province of British Columbia in 2014.
Keri is part of the civil litigation team at Nesbitt Coulter LLP. Her practice areas encompass a wide range of civil litigation issues for both plaintiffs and insurance clients, with a focus on serious injury claims and complex insurance disputes. Keri also has experience with human rights claims and aviation related litigation. Beyond her litigation work, Keri also handles coverage matters for insurance clients.
Before joining the litigation team at Nesbitt Coulter LLP, Keri primarily practiced in the area of municipal and public agency liability, including mass catastrophic loss claims, building code liability, environmental contamination, and property losses. She has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and various other tribunals. Clients benefit from her effective communication and collaborative negotiation skills.
Keri is a member of The Law Society of Ontario and the Advocates Society. She enjoys flying and holds a private pilot’s licence.
