Nicole Tuczynski

Nicole Tuczynski is a Lawyer in the civil litigation team at Nesbitt Coulter LLP.  She practices in both plaintiff personal injury and insurance defence litigation, which allows her to analyze cases from both perspectives.

Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with a specialization in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Political Science, both from Western University. She then completed her Master of Laws at the University of Ottawa prior to earning her Juris Doctor from Toronto Metropolitan University. Nicole was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.

Nicole summered and completed her Professional Placement at a full-service firm in London Ontario and subsequently worked there as a civil litigator for two years before joining Nesbitt Coulter LLP.

Prior to law, Nicole spent several years working for the federal government in Ottawa. She was a political staffer to a Member of Parliament and a Policy Analyst at two of the largest departments in the country – Health Canada and Justice Canada.

Nicole gives back to her community. She is passionate about volunteering with organizations that are committed to supporting vulnerable and marginalized individuals. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of SOAR Community Services in Brantford, Ontario.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys attending a local fitness class, exploring the outdoors, and travelling.
